A multiple birth was always a possibility because she had reproductive treatment to conceive a second child with her husband Peter. Two and a half weeks passed before the triplets returned home with Fla, Peter and their older brother Maverick. With four additional children, settling on a path proved quite difficult. “It just has to be flexible and informative,” Flavia said. “It's hard because it's so much fun to rest – it's like they're undressed and they'll wake up as early as someone else goes to sleep – and this happens all day.”
